Role Number: 200647407-0836

Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic Senior Manager, Wireless Regulatory Compliance to lead regulatory engagement across global markets. This leader will shape and execute regulatory strategy, represent the company with executive presence, and proactively advocate company positions with regulators, standards bodies, and industry stakeholders worldwide.
The ideal candidate combines deep wireless domain expertise with strong policy fluency. Beyond mastery of certification fundamentals (SAR, TRP/EIRP, PSD, SEM, coexistence), they understand how regulatory ecosystems evolve — and can anticipate change, influence direction, and position the company for long-term advantage within complex global frameworks.

Description

As the Senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance, you will work with a global high-performing team of regulatory engineers responsible for enabling market access across our product portfolio. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams including RF engineering, Operations, Legal, and Government Affairs, you will drive scalable compliance strategies that balance innovation, time-to-market, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation.

You will champion a culture of accountability, technical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring compliance is not simply a gate, but a strategic enabler of product success in global markets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in wireless regulatory compliance

  • Deep understanding of:

  • 3GPP technologies (LTE, 5G NR, EN-DC, CA)

  • RF performance metrics (EIRP, TRP, TIS, ACLR, SEM, PSD)

  • RF exposure (SAR, MPE)

  • EMC and coexistence requirements

  • Proven track record engaging directly with regulators and influencing outcomes

  • Strong executive communication skills and policy advocacy experience

  • Ability to operate in complex geopolitical and multi-stakeholder environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a global consumer electronics or wireless chipset environment

  • Demonstrated experience navigating sensitive geopolitical or cross-border regulatory dynamics

  • Experience mentoring and developing high-performing regulatory teams

  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Public Policy, or related field
