The worldwide Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.

The Head of Integrated Retail Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping customer experiences and engagement across our retail fleet worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking abilities, a passion for creating impactful experiences, and the analytical skills necessary to measure and enhance program and campaign effectiveness.

Description

This leader will oversee programming across all stores, drive the integration and execution of special content experiences, and manage global brand marketing campaign activations for important Apple moments.
Lead the strategic planning and execution of the Today at Apple program, ensuring alignment with our brand goals and retail objectives.
Develop comprehensive strategies for key moment activations, enhancing ways for our customer to discover, learn, and engage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and retail operations, to integrate initiatives from broader company objectives.
Lead and manage a team of programming and activation specialists, providing mentorship and direction to achieve strategic objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of marketing, retail content/programming development and brand activation experience within a large, global retail brand.

  • 10+ years leading teams and managing complex bodies of work in a branded retail environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a globally distributed team across regions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $222,600 and $334,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
