Key Responsibilities:
The Experiential team is currently seeking a Senior Analyst or Analyst to help support holistic project management and team admin of 150 annual restaurant sponsored events. You’ll work closely with internal and external teams, including the larger Experiential, Marketing and Strategic Partnerships teams on event goals and KPIs. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-starter who is eager to learn more about the business and wants to support seamless end-to-end internal project management to meet high-quality expectations.
Support the Resy Experiential team to oversee restaurant and chef partner sponsorships and experiences for premium Amex Card Members and Resy users
Support the Resy Experiential team and restaurant sponsored events pillar with general internal admin to “run the business,” on its 150 annual events, which includes KPI tracking, compliance oversight and general partner / key stakeholder management
Support content creation workstreams, working across multiple internal and external teams and stakeholders to capture and produce content at Resy events, route for approvals and hand off to channel owners
Support internal team with drafting sponsorship terms and updating agreement templates, and work with internal legal teams to ensure events are completed in compliance
Support internal team with deck creation as well as maintenance of internal trackers and documents
Support project management with internal team, including Resy Strategic Partnerships and Marketing, Legal and Compliance, and event agencies overseeing end-to-end sponsorship process (including evaluation, negotiation, marketing, ResyOS setup, and some onsite prep and management)
Coordinate and collaborate with other Resy and American Express business units
Attend select events to assist with on-site coordination
Qualifications:
2-3 years of project management experience (event production and dining industry experience a plus)
2-3 years of agency or content production experience, overseeing creative workstreams
Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail required to support internal admin, including extensive KPI tracking of events
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience overseeing and managing budgets and tight timelines
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally
You are coachable, self-motivated, and a fast learner
You have strong communication skills, both written and over the phone
You have excellent time management skills with the ability to recognize and focus on high priority tasks
You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Understand what it means to have hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond for restaurant partners
You are passionate about restaurants and the restaurant industry
Experience overseeing creative and production agencies a plus
Previous experience with legal and compliance a plus
Qualifications
Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually bonus benefits
