The Shared Services Operations (SSO) team at Apple is looking for a dynamic and motivated SSO Analyst. This role requires an ambitious self-starter with a strong work ethic, proven analytical capabilities, ability to influence, and excellent communication / collaboration skills. It will involve technical expertise with internal tools and expert data visualization / report building. This role will also identify and lead process /tool improvement projects inside the Reseller Operations (RO) department.
Description
Responsible for identifying and analyzing trends, developing measurable ways to drive efficiency and process improvement
Streamline data processes and provide data-driven insights with automated solutions using advanced analytics tools
Leverage advanced technology to drive automation and solve complex business problems
Prepare and present recommendations to management and partner teams using executive summaries of key data, metrics, and resolution plans
Partner cross-functionally to develop insights into existing processes and business problems to create and drive a path forward
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Operations, Business, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering/Science
5 years experience in Operations or related field
Self-starter with advanced technical and analytical capabilities, demonstrated experience with data preparation and visualization
Analytics experience interpreting business issues and deploying analytical solutions
Proficiency with data science programming languages (e.g. Python), data visualization (e.g. Tableau), SQL, and Excel
Prioritizes workload, managing multiple and often competing tasks, and meets deadlines for a variety of deliverables
Solution oriented and self-motivated; able to function effectively when working independently or in a team
Preferred Qualifications
MBA, Masters Degree in a related field
Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, with high attention to detail
Cuts through ambiguity and can rapidly understand complex business processes and details
Excellent verbal and written communicator with the ability to tailor the message to the audience
