Description
As the Mail Experience engineering manager, you'll lead the team and be involved in brainstorming, prototyping, debugging, shipping, and addressing customer feedback. You'll work with teams across iOS, macOS, and visionOS to ship high quality features in Mail on all platforms. This role requires both hands-on technical management and strategic vision to push the boundaries of what the Mail app can do.
Lead and mentor the Mail Experience engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity.
Represent the team and its technology in technical and project meetings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frameworks teams (like UIKit and AppKit), project management, and design, to define product features, specifications, and development schedules.
Scope and prioritize feature deliverables and bug fixes.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $190,700 and $329,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
