Senior Associate-Digital Product Management

Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Associate - Product Management to support Mobile Search and Chat front-end experiences in the American Express mobile app, while contributing to the broader Agentic AI strategy. This is a high-impact role as we continue to improve customer experience, drive digital containment, and evolve how customers interact with intelligent, proactive, and conversational capabilities.
Responsibilities
How will you make an impact in this role?
Partner with Strategic Delivery on roadmap definition and prioritization
Partner closely with Technology and AET engineering teams to accelerate delivery
Support execution of mobile search and chat front-end experiences
Contribute to the definition and execution of the Agentic AI strategy, ensuring alignment between AI capabilities and customer-facing experiences
Translate Agentic AI capabilities into clear, executable product requirements surfaced through mobile search and chat
Develop strong cross-organizational partnerships
Partner with Innovation and AI teams to support responsible experimentation of Agentic AI use cases aligned to customer search intent and enterprise standard
Demonstrate an innovative mindset with an understanding of mobile platforms and AI-enabled experiences
Drive a product ownership mindset, including delivery, support, and ongoing iteration
Translate organizational priorities into clear, executable product features
Understands and apply new trends and competitive best practices into product roadmap and requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
3+ years of experience in Product Management/Development – mobile app experience recommended
Knowledge of Generative AI technology and capabilities
Proven track record with consumer-facing product(s) and a core product vision
Experience with rapid and iterative software development methodologies
A solid understanding of application architecture (e.g. web, native app, PWA, etc)
Knowledge of reporting/analytical applications, i.e. Adobe
Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Rally, LPM, etc.) a plus
Impeccable communication skills, both on and offline
Strong interest in Agentic AI and the future of intelligent, autonomous customer experiences.
