How will you make an impact in this role?

We’re looking for a Senior Staff Engineer, Commercial AI/ML to be the technical leader for AI in GCS-Technology. In this role you will:

  • Refine and champion the technical strategy for implementing AI at scale across customer facing and internal use cases for GCS

  • Partner closely with engineering teams across GCS-Technology to support them in building best-in-class AI solutions

  • Balance enabling rapid value delivery with putting scalable frameworks and patterns in place to ensure we can responsibly scale and iterate on AI solutions

  • Be a trusted thought partner to our GCS stakeholders to closely co-create solutions to our most challenging problems

  • Work closely with central enterprise teams to collaborate on enterprise wide best practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in data and AI/ML engineering development including significant hands-on experience building AI solutions

  • Strong Python programming skills

  • Experience with Deep Learning libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch

  • Deep understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic concepts

  • Experience evaluating and implementing RAG and Fine-Tuning solutions

  • Proven ability to implement scaled AI solutions integrated with real-time customer products

  • Experience creating MLOps best practices

  • Expertise building cloud based big-data solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Qualifications

Salary Range: $144,250.00 to $256,250.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
