As a Solutions Architect, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor and liaison between our business and IS&T partners. You’ll provide guidance and advice to AppleCare leadership on today’s problems and also suggest solutions and strategies to position AppleCare to meet the demands of tomorrow’s problems.
Description
Provide clear and actionable advice to our partners and stakeholders
Proactively provide innovative solutions that improves the agility of AppleCare and allows us to stay ahead of an ever changing landscape
Build and cultivate relationships with key business and IS&T partners
Perform high level systems impact analysis for new business initiatives
Partner with IS&T and business partners to provide systems and solution roadmaps that drive efficiencies
Serve as a leader within the BPR organization and drive continual innovation within BPR
Propose and implement strategic AppleCare organizational initiatives
Keep up-to date on the newest technology solutions to enable the generation of innovative ideas to tackle business challenges
Be inquisitive and have a desire to learn more about new technologies and how they work and improve upon legacy systems
Ability to navigate through ambiguity and bring consensus toward an actionable solution
Perform Requirement/ Functional Detailed analysis to deliver End-to-End Solutions in collaboration with multiple business, engineering and cross functional teams
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of related experience in architecting and deploying solutions in machine learning, enterprise systems, graphical databases, or shared services systems
Experience architecting and deploying business solutions for high-visibility global projects
Ability to quickly distilling and identifying problems and providing clear and actionable solution options to senior leadership
Excellent leadership and influencing skills
Deep knowledge of systems and business processes
Proficient in business process flow diagramming
Both IT and Business experience desired
Self-motivated and pro-active with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities
Ability to travel up to approximately 10% of the time (mainly US)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of related experience in architecting and deploying solutions in consumer sales
Knowledge of service, support, and warranty operations and systems processes
Master degree or relevant work experience
