Description
The Business Operations Analyst supports the BizOps team in driving and implementing operational processes for the AiDP organization. This includes critical initiatives related to budgets, headcount management, reporting, and process optimization. The role partners closely with other IS&T teams, Finance, and Leadership to ensure priorities are clear, resources are aligned, and decisions are data-driven.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent experience.
5–6 years of experience in business operations, consulting, finance, or related roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau).
Experience working cross-functionally and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, and operational dashboards that measure efficiency, hiring velocity, utilization, and budget adherence.
Ability to work with large or complex datasets and translating them into clear insights for leadership decisions.
Proven track record of building scalable processes that adapt to organizational change and growth.
Skilled at building trusted partnerships across Finance, Recruiting, and Engineering.
Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex topics clearly to senior leaders.
Experience contributing to strategic planning or annual business plan.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
