The Senior Manager will:

  • Oversee the project intake and prioritization process to ensure alignment with broader Blue Box initiatives and the long-term portfolio roadmap. Build and manage strong partnerships across Marketing, Technology, Product, and LPM teams to drive prioritization, impact assessment, and execution while setting clear expectations and delivering results.

  • Document and analyze current processes to define the future-state vision, developing actionable roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders across product platforms and execution teams within American Express.

  • Lead proactive communications, developing recurring updates and executive materials that convey progress, key priorities, and alignment decisions across leadership and partner teams.

  • Track and monitor portfolio initiatives, maintaining a prioritized backlog and codifying best practices to enhance consistency and efficiency in prioritization and stakeholder communication.

  • Synthesize complex information into clear, compelling, and educational presentations tailored to diverse audiences, including technical teams, product owners, and senior leadership.
