The Manager Assistant is a key role providing analytical, strategic, communications and executional support for the Global Compliance & Ethics team. The incumbent will be a strategic thinker who possesses confidence and composure to support a wide range of initiatives, while working across multiple teams within Global Compliance Risk and with other key partner groups (e.g., Finance, CEG, GCO).
Key responsibilities include:
Support driving the strategic agenda for Head of Global Servicing and Support Functions focusing on key initiatives and the overall management of the department.
Provide detailed project management support across the team, including tracking and analyzing progress, and possess the ability to identify and escalate project risks & issues timely to ensure maximum business benefits are achieved.
Develop and execute employee engagement and communication strategy, including business updates and colleague development programs.
Build impactful and comprehensive presentations for Leadership meetings, Town Halls, and adhoc needs.
Manage staffing requests, headcount, and organization charts.
Support business planning and operations (e.g., annual budget and planning, monthly operational reviews, risk and finance reviews, leadership updates).
Build strong working relationships across the group, as well as with business partner groups to maximize collaboration, problem solving and generate solutions to deliver results.
Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills, ideally with 3 years of experience in strategic analysis, consulting, communications and/or project management related roles.
Superior organizational, program management skills, time management and multi-tasking skills and the ability to set priorities and manage tasks to drive results within a short time frame.
An ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with great follow-up and attention to detail, and work well in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both verbal and written with demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and be flexible when faced with changing priorities.
Creative problem solver who can manage tasks and projects autonomously with minimal supervision.
Energetic, curious, self-motivated, proactive and able to work well under pressure and in an unstructured environment.
Maturity, self-awareness, and integrity – able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Strong professional presence and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate, influence, and be a team player.
Fluency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Qualifications
Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits
