Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Develop and lead an elegant and efficient process for distributing enterprise sales training and enablement content via the training application and partner LMS tools Serve as the enterprise sales organization’s chief liaison with the application development team for all supported tools such as training applications and backend management tools Lead capital planning for the training program. Promote sales use cases in training program development Lead content distribution strategy; coordinate with training program team to deliver timely, appropriate content in the optimal format. Coordinate with regions for best practices that can be leveraged globally. Coordinate with the Business Intelligence team to ensure accurate tracking of partner LMS content utilization. Support overall training program messaging and positioning from a content distribution perspective. 40 hours/week.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
3 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Using industry leading Learning Management Systems (LMS) to develop and distribute training at a global scale.
Leading development of learning management systems.
Driving integration of training content in LMS.
Applying Articulate Rise360 to create SCORM compliant content.
Developing scalable processes to distribute content and programs across channel partners.
Evaluating program efficacy using data analytics and reporting tools like Tableau.
Using project management tools like Wrike to create roadmaps and communicating how to deploy enterprise sales training systems and tools.
Creating efficiencies and processes to localize training content for various worldwide languages.
Creating training guides and playbooks for the use of learning management systems.
