Job Description
Purpose:
The primary objective of this position is to drive transformational and lasting change across the Global Commercial Finance (GCF) organization by implementing leading edge technology solutions and through the enterprise-wide finance transformation initiative, assist in driving lean and simplified financial planning processes, standardizing forecasting methodologies and enhancing finance capabilities/training. This role will function as the crucial point for developing and executing strategies to achieve best in class finance processes and capabilities, elevating the ways we work and creating a culture which excels in areas of innovation, agility, and efficiency.
The Finance Director will work across a diverse set of stakeholders which include enterprise finance and global commercial operations to prioritize key opportunities, develop and drive implementation plans which deliver best in class technology solutions and measurably raise the bar on financial process efficiency and effectiveness, ways of working and employee culture. This position will be responsible for driving the coordination of these initiatives across Global Commercial Finance.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support successful roll-out best-in-class Forecasting Excellence projects to US Tx, Int’l Tx, and PCS/BD.
Lead BPC migration to SAC Planning & Analytics across Global Commercial Finance.
Establish effective governance processes in alignment with the Commercial Finance (US, International and HQ), Corporate Finance, Finance SAP Enterprise Planning Systems and BTS organizations.
Effectively manage a diverse set of stakeholders which span Commercial Finance including Affiliates, Areas, and HQ; Corporate Finance, Finance SAP Enterprise Planning Systems and BTS; Sister Divisions, e.g., Operations, including various working teams, steering committees, and senior leadership engagement.
Create change management practices that lead the organization through changing technology, process agility and! simplification efforts.
Technology Solutions
Provide enterprise leadership to shape the future vision for Commercial Finance systems to realize a best in class, leading edge end-to-end technology platform which enables efficient and agile finance operations and business support.
Develop short- and long-term strategic plans to achieve a vision of best-in-class technology solutions which address actuals/system of record, consolidations, affiliate planning, data management, output tools/dashboards
Execute commercial and enterprise related system plans effectively and without business disruption
Reports To:
Finance Director, Finance Transformation, Global Commercial Finance
Effectively manage matrix relationships across Commercial Finance, Commercial Operations, Corporate FP&A and Reporting, BTS and Sister Divisions
Manage a direct report:
- Manager, Finance Systems and Tools, Global Commercial Finance
Qualifications
A degree in accounting, finance or economics is required (master’s degree or equivalent experience highly desirable); CPA or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 10 -15 years of relevant experience; broad exposure to all aspects of finance and business with emphasis on financial planning, analysis, talent management and business partnering.
Candidate must he highly proficient working with MS Office tools, BPC, SAC, SAP and particularly with PowerBI.
Financial expertise: statutory experience, accounting

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. ?

Salary: $156,000 - $296,500
