Description
Apple’s Compensation team is looking for an innovative compensation professional to support a develop the global compensation philosophy and strategy at Apple.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation of Apple's global compensation programs. The key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the annual compensation planning process, including managing large data sets related to compensation budgets and compensation planning processes
Build and maintain relationships with key internal partners
- Gathering and analyzing compensation data to perform analysis and support business needs, for example, competitive positioning analysis, job leveling and job family reviews and recommendations and other ad hoc analysis
- Contributing to the implementation and communication of base salary, bonus, and equity programs
- Contributing to the implementation and communication of compensation policies and practices
Performing staff support activities to implement, and administer job architecture and compensation policies and programs
Maintaining and administering key compensation databases and tools.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a compensation analyst/consultant/business partner OR Human Resources Business Partner with compensation focus or has played a key role in the annual compensation cycle
Exceptional knowledge of Excel
Experience and comfort with large, complex data sets
Experience with MarketPay, Tableau, and/or Workday a plus
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Highly collaborative style and strong team orientation
Energetic, self-starter with the ability to successfully manager multiple priorities in a complex, matrix and fast-paced environment
Ability to get involved in the details while maintaining broader view

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
