Summary

The Global Sourcing and Supply Management Solutions team is seeking an experienced Designer or Product Manager with a strong focus on UI/UX design to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of user-facing features. You will combine your expertise with a deep appreciation for user experience, partnering closely with product managers, software developers, and business teams to deliver solutions that delight and empower our users worldwide.

Description

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define UI/UX requirements, guide design decisions, and ensure seamless experiences across the ecosystem. Design and deliver scalable, end-to-end UI/UX for web or on-device applications that power Apple’s global supply chain.

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5+ years of design experience with a focus on UI/UX for digital products.

• Proven ability to develop and communicate a vision that prioritizes user experience and accessibility.

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Software Developers.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.

• Experience using Figma, Sketch, or similar software to draw mockups, build wireframes, prototypes, and produce design specs.

• Knowledge of prototyping, usability testing, and design systems.

• Utilizes emerging technologies, such as GenAI, Frontier models, or LLM enabled services to accelerate and drive continuous improvement of the design processes
