Description
As a NAND ATE Test Engineer you will lead and support the testing, failure analysis and qualification of various programs using SSD (solid-state drive). A strong candidate will have experience with NAND validation and reliability testing. You will be part of a world class team of HW Engineers who identify and resolve potential risks for all aspects of NAND qualification and testing, including generating test programs and scripts. You will have direct impact on Apple's future products by ensuring world-class solutions to demanding test and engineering challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
BS degree
Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) including Advantest, Teradyne, or similar
Ability to program in C or C++ and familiarity with automating scripting languages such as LUA, Python, MATLAB, or similar
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience with memory systems, preferably NAND
Experience in coding scripts necessary to enable ATE test solutions
Understanding of Electronic Engineering fundamentals
Ability to work with test equipment (i.e., oscilloscope, logic analyzer)
Experience with failure analysis and troubleshooting
Experience with embedded system integration and development
Coding experience and understanding of SW FTL
Experience with PCIe, SSD controllers and firmware
