Description

This position will involve teaching both in person and online. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Teach classes from existing AU curriculum, facilitate conversations related to complex content, and field questions with credibility based on experience and expertise.
- Collaborate with AU programs and operations teams to deliver excellent learning experiences for participants at all levels of the organization.
- Inform current teaching and future development efforts by sharing insights and takeaways from classes and business engagements with the rest of AU.
- Support and/or mentor other employees to act as conduits of Apple’s culture, including AU Associates and colleagues on the People team.
- Engage with business leaders, managers, and People Business Partners to understand and support their businesses, organizations, and development needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ professional experience.? Deep knowledge of Apple.

• Experience developing educational/instructional material or teaching plans (could be in collaboration with others).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching and/or facilitating discussion in a corporate setting.

• Think clearly – listen to and share what’s most important to the students, leaders or teammates you’re working with.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
