Responsibilities

We’re looking for an Analyst, Lifecycle Marketing, to support the execution and optimization of Resy’s venue lifecycle marketing strategy. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, this role will play a key part in driving partner engagement and retention by helping to bring data-driven, multi-channel marketing tactics to life.

This individual will help execute key retention marketing workstreams by translating insights into action, supporting personalization and segmentation efforts, and ensuring campaigns are delivered with strong operational rigor. They will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, and Product teams to deliver meaningful, value-driven experiences to our restaurant partners.

The ideal candidate is both analytical and execution-oriented, with a strong foundation in marketing or lifecycle strategy, an interest in data-driven storytelling, and a desire to grow into a more strategic role over time.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in retention marketing, marketing analytics, or go-to-market execution, ideally within a SaaS, technology, or hospitality organization

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and identify opportunities within white space

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Partner Success, Product and Marketing teams

  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Curiosity and passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry
