Description

As a key leader, you will define and drive the vision and strategy for the AiDP AppleCare Business Development, Finance, and Service Team. We are looking for a leader who is deeply passionate about leading a team that focuses on building and scaling Generative AI–powered capabilities while forging strong cross-functional partnerships. You will be responsible for understanding the business domain by engaging directly with key business and IT stakeholders to understand business strategies, platform integration, GenAi goals, and how that ties to solution needs.

You will be working closely with U.S. and India-based teams and in a multi-vendor resourcing model. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, hands-on, dynamic, and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background and proven leadership experience. This position requires an individual to manage a team and work cross-functionally with other teams to coordinate the delivery of complex solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience building enterprise-level applications on large-scale distributed systems with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

  • Knowledge of BI concepts and implementation experience on Cloud with databases like Snowflake

  • Programming experience in building high-quality software. Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages - Python, Scala, or Java.

  • Strong hands-on experience in designing and developing cloud-based applications that include large-scale compute services, database services, APIs, ETL, etc.

  • Experience in developing highly optimized SQLs, procedures & semantic processes for distributed data applications.

  • Thoughtful leader who has leveraged deep expertise to drive organizational change with measurable impact

  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-charging, and unpredictable work environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, maintaining composure and a positive attitude.

  • The role also requires excellent communication and the ability to partner closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams, with a strong focus on delivering value to our users.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities required to forge a path to success

  • Manage a team of dedicated individual contributors, guiding the scope of work, tracking, and leading priorities against business objectives. Mentor and support individual performance, career growth, and development.

  • Data Insights and KPIs: Working experience in generating and visualizing data insights, metrics, and KPIs. Usage of basic ML models in the space of anomaly detection, forecasting, and GenAI.
