DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager who exemplifies Cummins Leadership Behaviors and consistently applies best-in-class people management practices. The ideal candidate will inspire and empower their team, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with organizational goals. With a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration, the Branch Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performance culture and achieving strategic success.

In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:

Branch Oversight & Leadership:

  • Lead and manage multiple branches through direct supervision of Branch Managers.

  • Ensure alignment with company goals, policies, and performance standards.

Strategic & Financial Management:

  • Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in collaboration with Business Development and Branch Managers.

  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including profit and loss, asset utilization, and balanced scorecards.

Market & Business Development:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities within the region.

  • Drive business growth through execution of annual marketing and sales plans.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business partnerships and alliances.

Customer Experience:

  • Champion a customer-centric culture across all branches.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction using Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Lens of the Customer programs.

  • Ensure high-quality customer service delivery through effective branch operations.

Warranty & Service Quality:

  • Oversee warranty submission and rejection processes.

  • Analyze recurring warranty issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Monitor and improve Repair Event Cycle Time (RECT) across branches.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Lead and support internal audits and promote a culture of corporate responsibility.

Talent Management:

  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams.

  • Set and monitor performance goals and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for Branch Managers.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in required Business Administration, Engineering, or related subject required.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or Sponsor certification required.

Experience:

  • Significant relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
