Description
The Worldwide Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to lead Product Operations focused initiatives. As Product Operations BPR Program Manager, you will be managing and driving large scale initiatives, cross functionally and cross regionally, to enable new supply chain capabilities, drive process optimization, increase scale & efficiency, and minimize cost. You will work to identify and resolve key issues in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, facing exciting challenges daily.
Candidates should have deep Operations / Supply Chain process experience and be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. This individual should also have strong analytical, project management and leadership skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities spanning the organization and be willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
3+ years of program management experience in supply chain or related field
Deep understanding of supply chain processes in the electronics industry - design, manufacturing, logistics, after-sale service
Proficient knowledge of the systems implementation and development life cycles.
Proficient at leading multiple efforts simultaneously in a global capability including working with international teams.
Executive Presentation: Ability to summarize key points and tie them back to the customer experience & business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).
Proven track record of leading strategic programs, combined with the ability to execute at tactical project-level activities and tasks.
Proven ability to thrive in a matrixed organization, build cross-functional relationships, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with business process mapping and driving supply chain process improvement using Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,000 and $214,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
