How will you make an impact in this role?
We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Customer Communications Capabilities team, leading the evolution of Email experiences. We use a product that enables highly personalized, data-driven content that adapts to customers in real time—creating advanced, individualized experiences that deepen engagement and inspire action.
In this role, you will collaborate with product partners, technology teams, and business stakeholders across different geographies to shape the product vision and deliver cutting edge features. Beyond product management, you will influence long-term experience strategy, guide transformation initiatives, and own key aspects of risk management across the platform.
Responsibilities
Envision, create and manage a strategically prioritized product roadmap
Partner with marketing, design, analytics and cross-functional teams to gather holistic requirements and shape product strategy
Lead product development with engineering scrum team, define clear priorities and driving agile ceremonies and documentation
Partner with design and research partners to build experiences that are grounded in customer insights
Create product performance measurement framework, define KPIs, and track outcomes to inform future enhancement
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for customer research and UX/UI innovation in partnership with Enterprise Design and Research
Minimum Qualifications
Extensive experience in product development
Proven track record of shaping the product vision, strategy and delivering impactful digital capabilities
Ability to navigate complex technological ecosystems with advanced problem-solving skills
Experience in data driven content personalisation, partnering with Data Science
Proven track record of defining product performance KPI and partner with Analytics partners to deliver measurement
Highly collaborative team player, with strong communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire partners
Thought leader with experience in managing senior leaders and stakeholders
Experience working across different time zones, especially U.S. time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Subject matter expertise in email coding and data driven content
Experience leveraging data, AI, UI and UX skills to drive product strategy and tech development
Qualifications
Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus benefits
