Job Description

This role supports US Commercial Learning & Development to design and implement digital learning solutions for the sales force. Responsibilities include leading and implementing learning technology projects from start to finish, overseeing validation and documentation, and delivering training on platforms like Salesforce or similar CRM systems. The position simplifies complex topics into user-friendly digital resources for effective onboarding and ongoing development, including the creation or management of basic multimedia training materials & virtual training solutions. Responsibilities

  • Dedicated BU/ TA Point of Contact to design and implement digital learning solutions and personalized training for US Sales Training that creates engaging and impactful experiences for the sales force

  • Lead and manage the digital enablement validations for Purchasing, BTS, and OEC/Legal end to end process, vet and identify vendors in the effort to be industry leading and competitive, and provide awareness/development for the Field Training Team, APS, Market Access, Global

  • Manage project schedules, budget, and vendor relationships to maximize ROI

  • Consult with training teams to design digital strategies and multimedia content, managing the technology and logistics of virtual events, and providing effective training on core sales tools (such as next-gen CRM, AI, Sypher, and Curo) to help reps excel in their roles

  • Create basic video and multimedia deliverables under tight deadlines

  • Monitor digital trends and implement innovative solutions, including AI technologies

  • Lead cross-functional teams to complete projects within established timelines

  • Simplify complex topics into user-friendly digital resources that support successful onboarding and ongoing field development

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3-5 years of Field Sales, Patient Services, Systems Training, BTS or Multi-Media, Advertising, or media agency experience is preferred

  • Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ways of Working Team player capable of effective cross-functional collaboration

  • Proficiency with instructional design methodologies and digital tools (Adobe Creative Suite, streaming platforms, ZOOM, Office 365 & Teams) or demonstrates the ability to learn digital publishing software

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Marketing, Business or Communications

  • 3-5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience

  • Portfolio review and demonstration of systems training proficiency may be part of the interview process

Salary: $106,500 - $202,500
