Description

The Health AIML team is at the forefront of machine learning and health science at Apple. We are a close-knit team of research scientists, software engineers and machine learning engineers passionate about delivering innovative technologies that impact millions of users. We’re looking for a proactive, high-energy Administrative Assistant to support two of our directors and the wider team. We work in a fast-moving, ever-changing space, so we need a flexible problem-solver who brings a positive, “can-do” spirit to everything they touch. You’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations—handling the heavy lifting of complex schedules, travel, and team off-sites while helping us keep our vibrant, collaborative culture alive.

If you consider yourself an organized professional who loves empowering others, and you would like a role where your creativity and hard work truly make a visible difference, we’d love to meet you!

  • Proven track record of streamlining daily operations to maximize executive productivity.

  • Proficiency in calendar architecture across multiple time zones.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate with high autonomy and unwavering integrity. Seasoned in protecting highly sensitive confidential information.

  • Advanced interpersonal skills with proven success in building influential relationships with collaborative partners (Legal, PBP, Finance).

  • Developed expertise in both written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to maintain a “no task too small” mentality in conjunction with a calm, humorous and professional demeanor under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

  • Familiarity with iCal, Keynote, Numbers, Pages and other Mac OS/iOS based office systems.

  • Comprehensive experience overseeing office logistics, including lifecycle management of equipment.

  • Ability to manage facilities coordination with a focus on optimizing workspace efficiency.

  • Background in planning end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangement.

  • Experience in planning and executing team events, off-sites, and collaboration meetings.

  • Seasoned in mentoring junior support levels and peers.
