The WTE team is looking for a highly qualified software test engineer to help ensure quality for any of the Wireless Technologies - like WiFi/BT/Thread/Zigbee - for all iOS, Apple Watch, Apple TV and Mac OS platforms. Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in WiFi/BT or Thread/Zigbee (802.15.4) Functional or Performance Testing
Experience in developing test strategies and executing it with automation or manual testing
Solid understanding of existing wireless communication protocols, such as 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be
Good understanding or WiFi/Bluetooth/Cellular CoExistence
Support development in debugging and reproducing issues
Can clearly communicate and driving multiple projects across many teams
Obsessively passionate and inquisitive
Laser-focused on the smallest details that are meaningful to our customers
Thrive in a collaborative environment and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Python and/or C/C++. Previous automation experience required
Experience in WiFi/BT IOT experience or Certification experience a plus
In depth knowledge of analyzing over the Air data
Knowledge using and understanding of lab equipment: signal analyzer, signal generator, spectrum analyzer, sniffer tools
