We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of multiple internal products that power the operations behind Apple Music and Services. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that enable our global teams to work more efficiently, scale seamlessly, and deliver exceptional content experiences to our users. Working closely with engineering, design, and business partners, you’ll build tools and systems that elevate operational excellence and innovation across Apple’s ecosystem.

Description

The IS&T Services Technology team is responsible for the technology strategy, systems, and solutions that power Apple’s Services which includes Music, Beats, TV+, Podcasts, and more. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be the connective tissue between business operations and engineering, ensuring our internal tools and platforms deliver maximum impact for Apple’s content and production teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in technology, media, or entertainment industries.

  • 5+ years leading complex, large-scale product initiatives and internal tooling efforts in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams and understand system architecture and platform trade-offs.

  • Deep understanding of customer and stakeholder needs, informed by ongoing feedback, research, and data.

  • Skilled at synthesizing problems and opportunities into clear goals and structured plans that articulate both the “why” and the “how.”

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, able to distill complex topics into concise, compelling narratives that drive clarity and alignment.

  • Background in music, entertainment, or digital media operations strongly preferred.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills. Able to build consensus, navigate ambiguity, and make thoughtful, informed decisions.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $134,800 and $245,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
