Commerce Cloud Functional Analyst is a position within the SAP Customer Engagement team, and this position will be key to our B2B E-commerce application space. We are looking for a person with a solid background in building innovative customer-facing web applications, in an enterprise environment. You’ll work closely with our business collaborators and other partners to implement new solutions.
In this position you will be required to have business process skills as well as technical leadership skills, to be able to design and implement secure, scalable and sustainable solutions. It also requires ability to create process flows, functional specifications and work with both onsite and offshore resources to build and test solutions, troubleshoot and resolve issues under pressure to meet timelines and present solutions to multiple levels of management.

Description
The successful candidate will work closely across regions with business and technical teams delivering sophisticated projects in Apple’s fast-paced environment. The role includes responsibility for all aspects of the project including:
Partner with business to drive B2B e-Commerce experiences between Apple and Business Customers worldwide, and identify opportunities and execute initiatives that drives success on the B2B Commerce Platform.
Be a member of the team that implements new applications on the cloud, improve existing application features, while adding performance and software quality metrics.
End to end Solution Architecture for SAP Commerce Cloud platform
Design and develop cloud-based, enterprise level and highly available web applications.
Develop prototypes and conduct POCs to demonstrate new ideas or illustrate the new features in SAP Commerce Cloud platform.
Review of business requirements, perform functional gap analysis and evolve solutions, engaging business throughout the solution development, and provide technical leadership to design and deliver B2B commerce experience on the SAP Commerce Cloud platform.
Work with project managers, Technical architect, technical leads, and vendors on defining the scope and determine resources needed for the project.
Presenting the solution for design reviews and business playbacks.
Collaborating on project plans, deliverables, dependencies and risks.
Writing functional specifications and working with technical teams on the development and functional acceptance testing
Supporting technical teams in designing and executing performance tests.
Ensuring adequate test cycles are defined and executed to support production launch.
Coordinating cutover and implementation activities across all teams.
Resolving production issues and managing scope changes.
Able to empower with passion, mentor, and lead geographically distributed teams
Design and deploy the data migration strategy
Ensure best practices are followed by enforcing standards for Cloud solution development
Integration of SAP Commerce cloud systems with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP CRM and Other non-SAP On-Prem. systems
Identify opportunities for process optimization, recommend enhancements and new features, gather feedback from business users
Minimum Qualifications
10 years of proven experience in implementing and enhancing SAP Commerce application for a global, multi-national corporation involving multi-currency and multi-language
2+ years in SAP Commerce CCV2 architecture, systems integration and implementation
Previous experience as a Functional Architect for B2B or B2C eCommerce applications
Experience with agile methodologies from implementation of e-commerce projects with globally dispersed teams from requirements to roll outs
Experience in Web Application architecture, design and development of high available, and heavy traffic web applications in a cloud platform.
10 years experience with SAP Commerce cockpits, modules, integration techniques, code development/deployment cycle
Experience in performance monitoring, load testing and performance tuning of Web applications
Experience in handling localization and translation
Experience in SAP Master Data, Order Management, and Pricing configuration along with Hybris - SAP ECC or CRM integration expertise
Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP Commerce CPQ, Commerce DataHub, Cloud technologies or SAP BTP.
Knowledge of web application development and understanding of Micro-service Architecture, SAP Cloud Foundry features & capabilities.
Understand SAP Commerce(Hybris) Cloud data structures, facilitate discussions about data models and apply expertise to anticipate business implications of data modeling decisions and make vital compromises
Good understanding on security practices in implementing SAP Commerce Cloud platform and other integrated systems
Expertise in effectively identifying the standard features in Commerce Cloud and their extensibility to identify areas that requires custom development
Experience with automated testing methodologies and frameworks.
Effective presentation, verbal, and written business communication skills with various audiences and levels
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
