The U.S. Consumer Services Team (USCS) is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.

The Sr. Analyst, Transformation Reporting, will develop, own, and evolve reporting capabilities to support marketing transformation priorities and provide actionable insights to enterprise stakeholders. This encompasses training, product adoption, marketer experience, risk/compliance, and business impact reporting for mission-critical initiatives, like Project Flywheel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sr. Manager - Change Management Strategy & Reporting to design and implement a new reporting framework to measure (1) training effectiveness, (2) platform adoption, and (3) business impact of Project Flywheel.

  • Anchor reporting around adoption and marketer experience (as leading indicators), control management and risk health (as non-negotiables), and improved marketer and member experience (as the ultimate outcome).

  • Assess, review, and suggest improvements to existing reporting architecture. Partner with internal business teams to implement ideal state reporting architecture to enable effective reporting on marketing execution.

  • Build self-service dashboards to enable real-time access to key performance indicators.

  • Use data-driven insights to track key performance and identify trends, composition, leading indicators, risk factors, and outlook in platform adoption.

  • Development of reports and presentations – including gathering data, extrapolating critical elements, and communicating findings in an actionable format.

  • Create recurring, consistent leadership updates regarding reporting and insights.

  • Serve as the point of contact for Marketing Transformation Issue Resolution Management to investigate validity of potential bugs and catalogue issues for resolution or features for enhancement.

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Operational Excellence, GCO, Compliance, Marketing Enablement, channel marketing teams, and other internal business teams to progress the teams’ strategic plan.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and social skills to collaborate with and represent work to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Proven skills in analyzing, synthesizing, and communicating data as digestible, actionable insights. Ability to create compelling presentations and narratives.

  • Strong relationship builder with a consistent track record of positively collaborating with and influencing key partners.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, can frame business problems, break them down into logical components, design and implement analysis to recommend solutions and communicate insights with a bias towards action.

  • Clear communicator who can effectively structure plans, communicate them to diverse audiences in a digestible manner, and bring teams along together in a nuanced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s and/or technology certifications a plus.

  • Intellectual curiosity and sense of humor.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits
