Job Description
Purpose:
Efficient collaboration between employees is critical and plays a big part toward our innovation and competitive advantage at PSEQ/R&D/AbbVie. This role is focused on leading sustained continuous improvement cross-functionally in the areas of social business collaboration, knowledge management, and the Digital Workplace Experience of our colleagues.
This role will leverage knowledge of internal and external tools and resources as well as act as an internal consultant - helping business teams and colleagues utilize these tools and resources effectively in accomplishing our goals.
This person will also help develop and implement our internal social collaboration strategy in PSEQ, and work with corporate IT resources in the selection of new enterprise-wide solutions.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of department support resources including scheduling, assist with communication and implementation of changed procedures
Respond quickly and accurately to open/unresolved comments or questions provided via key PSEQ media channels, funnel information and follow ups to key contributors and business stakeholders as appropriate.
Support “T” and coach/model corrective behaviors when tools or channels are not used correctly, encourage meaningful use of all platforms
Work with business users to understand collaboration requirements and develop/monitor needed SharePoint sites for PSEQ/Department projects
Help manage Global Knowledge Management & Digital Collaboration projects and introduce collaborative capabilities to improve work processes on our teams
Analyze and define a problem, evaluate alternatives and seek out solutions by engaging the appropriate team members at the right time.
Must value and appreciate diversity and seek diversity of thought in all initiatives.
They will monitor and drive updates to key channels/portals and help to keep materials and key team sites from stagnation.
Adaptable and flexible in all business environments, capable of leading change with limited information or support.
Must demonstrate good interpersonal and organizational communication skills.
Be able to manage cross functional programs and adapt priorities quickly.
Professionally interacts with all levels of employees
This role is a hybrid schedule with on-site days at our Lake County, IL headquarters.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Required commensurate work experience with concentration in IT or business social collaboration required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, O365)
Advanced experience with SharePoint technology
Experience with enterprise social collaboration tools like MS Teams
Experience in a continuous improvement and growth mindset environment

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that theCompany believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job gradefor this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors includinggeographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may bemodified in the future.??
