Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.

Apple is looking for an outstanding and collaborative individual to join its WW Business Planning Team. In this role the successful candidate will help develop and implement sales strategies in the following areas: Environment (including circularity), Accessibility, Supply Chain Innovation and Privacy. The successful candidate will need to develop a deep understanding of our partners’ and customers’ strategies, the technical and operational capabilities of our products, and the regulatory, legal, and political environments in which we operate. Based on these factors, the successful candidate will elaborate and implement strategies to support go-to-market and contribute to the development of sales enablement materials, and will meet with Apple's partners and customers to detail our positions in these spaces. This global role engages extensively across multiple functions and will partner with Apple Sales, Environmental Policy and Social Initiatives, Engineering, Product Marketing, Operations, Legal, AppleCare, and Finance teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and wants to gain experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Success in the role requires an ability to work effectively and efficiently across a global sales organization. The successful candidate may not have sales experience on their resume, but must have spent time directly interacting with and supporting the success of a large sales organization.

Description

The duties and responsibilities are very diverse but include the following:

Work with your direct team, the larger Sales organization and cross functional teams to develop and deploy Apple's sales strategies in support of Environment (including circularity), Accessibility, Privacy and Supply Chain Innovation.

Work with Product Marketing, Environment Policy and Social Initiatives, Operations, and Engineering on Sales material such as playbooks, presentations, leave behinds etc.

Regularly meet with Apple Sales teams, as well as key Apple partners and customers, to identify market trends regarding Environment (including circularity), Accessibility, Supply Chain Innovation and Privacy.

Communicate with Geo Sales Teams to help deploy approved strategies into affected markets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, and/or related field

  • 7+ years in business planning, strategy, operations, sales management experience and/or policy/regulatory

  • Proven ability to craft executive presentations and engage with senior leadership and customers

  • Creative approach and ability to dive into complex issues requiring cross-functional support

  • Outstanding verbal & written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects within a large organization, with an emphasis on collaboration and coordination across teams

  • Proficiency to work with international teams and proven empathy for regional needs and preferences

  • A flexible work style and approach based on business needs

  • A solid understanding of the consumer electronics industry (products, technologies, trends)

  • MBA and/or degree in policy/regulatory/or law is advantageous but not required

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $179,000 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
