Apple's WW Enterprise team is growing, and we encourage you to apply. We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who is passionate about having an impact, through a collaborative working environment, to support Enterprise at a worldwide level and help transform the way people work globally.

Description

  • Provide full administrative support to Senior Leaders of WW Enterprise and partner closely with Enterprise managers around the world to keep priorities aligned and moving.
  • Manage complex calendar management across multiple time zones, coordinating in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings with strong attention to detail.
  • Arrange and manage end-to-end domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, secure access, and any last-minute adjustments.
  • Plan and execute events and key business moments, ensuring smooth logistics, clear communication, and a polished experience for attendees. Includes, but not limited to, business meetings, staff meetings, off-site conferences, and all-hands meetings.
  • Fiscally manage cost center support, including expenses and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Apple business conduct policies.
  • Build a strong understanding of team operations, culture, policies and procedures to anticipate needs of the leaders, remove friction, and help the organization stay productive.
  • Protect sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and sound judgment.
  • Partner effectively with administrative colleagues across Apple to support cross-functional coordination and shared priorities.
  • Navigate a wide range of personalities with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Support day-to-day team operations, including equipment, facilities, onboarding, and general operational needs.
  • Effectively use the Apple ecosystem, including iCal, Keynote, Numbers, and Pages, to produce high-quality work.
  • Bring energy and creativity to team experiences and morale-building moments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience

  • Background as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role supporting executives

  • Experience managing multiple calendars across various timezones

  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discreetness and integrity

  • Outstanding communication, time management, and organizational skills

  • Passion for creating solutions with experience writing and editing high-level content, spreadsheets, texts, and special reports for internal and external audiences

  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and meet deliverables under tight deadlines

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and the ability to bring structure and clarity where none exists

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment is a plus

  • Passion and self-motivation, with outstanding attention to detail, sense of urgency, and follow-through

  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to use sound judgement, manage conflict appropriately, and know when to delegate issues upward

  • Forward-thinking approach and tenacity to anticipate needs and changes and proactively drive towards a solution
