Overview:
The Director of Enterprise Skills Strategy & Learning Platforms will be responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s enterprise-wide skills strategy and support the strategic deployment of learning platforms and technologies that support continuous development, personalized learning, and internal mobility. This leader will play a pivotal role in aligning skills development with business strategy, enabling future-ready talent, and scaling innovative learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead a comprehensive, future-focused skills strategy aligned to organizational goals and workforce transformation.
Partner with business leaders and other key stakeholders (i.e., workforce planning) to identify critical current and future skills.
Design and implement a skills framework to guide colleague development and support platform functionality.
Serve as lead for the Oracle Learning implementation, mapping Leadership & Functional Learning’s team strategic focus to functionality and drive change management, collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders.
Manage external partner relationships; work closely with vendor partners to design targeted awareness and learning strategies based on insightsDrive strategies to enable access to learning and development for all employees. Serve as a thought leader and change agent, promoting colleague learning and a skills-first mindset across the organization.
Measure ongoing effectiveness and impact of learning platforms, drive decision-making based on ROI.
Conduct ongoing research on external best practices and recommend strategies for continuous improvement. Develop forward looking practices.
Partner with Risk, Privacy and Compliance teams to ensure strong governance and risk controls in place
Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in learning & development, workforce strategy, or talent management.
Experience in developing learning strategy, platform deployment, and/or skills-based workforce initiatives.
Strong knowledge of skills frameworks, L&D technologies, and talent development methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Strong written and verbal communication to wide audiences and ability to influence outcomes.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
