DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate - Manufacturing to join our Team specializing in Manufacturing for our Upfit Center in Henderson, Colorado
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Under moderate supervision, create, manage and close work orders related to assigned team, department, function or other organizational leader/group.
Provides administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and responding to or redirecting routine to complex inquiries from external and internal sources about the organization/department, it’s activities or processes so callers/visitors are answered promptly and accurately.
Contribute to management of inventory, including but not limited to; investigating inventory discrepancies, processing part returns to vendor, processing defective parts, using system generated reports to monitor inventory accuracy.
Completes data collection, data entry and report generation on various departmental related activities including documentation for payment of Vendors, Suppliers and other Third Parties as applicable while responding to inquiries from Accounts Payable and Payees.
Documents and maintains departmental policies and procedures while actively participating as a team member on departmental related business improvement assignments and projects as needed.
Perform other routine administrative activities as needed per the established procedures of the organization and/or department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multi-task, take ownership and drive a project/task effectively and efficiently.
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of AutoCAD, Solidworks and/or other CAD software preferred.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner in person, over the phone and via email communications.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications required, Accounts Payable and knowledge of BMS System preferred.
Please note, this is a hybrid position (minimum 2 days onsite at Henderson Upfit Center and maximum of 3 days working remote).
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position does not require any Department of Transportation (DOT) related pre-screenings.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
